This Privacy Policy explains how Covalent Ventures, Inc., doing business as Kimberlite Digital Marketing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the Biz Tool Store brand and the website at biztoolstore.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you. By using the Site, contacting us, submitting a form, completing an assessment, or communicating with us by phone, text, or email, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you fill out a form, request a consultation, take an assessment or quiz, subscribe, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, business name, business type, email address, phone number, website URL, the content of your messages and submissions, your responses and scores, your communications and consent choices, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, links clicked, time on site, approximate location, and other usage and diagnostic data, including through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Communications data. If you call, text, or email us, we may record, log, transcribe, store, and analyze those communications, including call recordings, text message threads, metadata, and content, for the purposes described below.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from partners, vendors, advertising and analytics providers, data providers, social media platforms, and publicly available sources, and combine it with information we already hold.

2. How We Use Information

We use information for any lawful business purpose, including to:

provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our products and services;
respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, and provide customer support;
communicate with you by email, text message (SMS/MMS), telephone, and other channels, including for follow-up, transactional, promotional, and marketing purposes;
send newsletters, offers, updates, and other marketing and advertising, and to measure and optimize those communications;
perform analytics, research, reporting, and business intelligence, and to understand and predict user and customer behavior;
develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and improve our products, services, software, automations, algorithms, machine-learning models, and artificial-intelligence systems, and to generate analyses, insights, profiles, summaries, and synthesized, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data, which we may use and retain for any purpose;
personalize content, offers, and experiences and to build and enrich customer and prospect profiles;
detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues, and enforce our terms;
comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

3. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive calls and recurring text messages from or on behalf of Biz Tool Store, including for follow-up and marketing, sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. The text-messaging consent you give us is not transferred to any third party except subcontractors and service providers (such as our messaging platform) that help us operate the messaging program on our behalf.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information as follows:

Service providers and processors that perform services for us, such as hosting, communications and messaging, customer relationship management, payment processing, analytics, advertising, email, AI/automation, and similar functions;
Marketing, advertising, and analytics partners, including platforms that help us deliver, target, and measure advertising and content (subject to the limits in Section 3 for text-messaging data);
Affiliates and business partners in connection with offering, marketing, or delivering products and services;
Business transfers—in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, in which case information may be transferred to the successor or acquirer;
Legal, safety, and compliance—to comply with law, respond to lawful requests and legal process, protect our rights, property, and safety and that of others, and enforce our agreements;
With your direction or consent, or as otherwise described to you at the point of collection.

We may also create and share aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, or synthesized data that does not identify you, for any purpose.

5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on your state and how broadly terms like “sale” and “sharing” are defined, certain disclosures to advertising or analytics partners using cookies and similar technologies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out as described in Section 8 and by using available browser-based opt-out preference signals.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, and similar technologies (including tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel/Conversions API) to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic and performance, and deliver and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Site works.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including for the life of our relationship with you and thereafter as needed for legitimate business, analytics, AI/model training, recordkeeping, and legal purposes, or as required by law. De-identified, aggregated, and synthesized data may be retained indefinitely.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Marketing. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to stop calling you. Transactional and service messages may still be sent.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live (for example, California, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to opt out of certain sales/sharing or targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using Section 11. We will verify your request as required by law and may decline where an exception applies.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Third-Party Links; Security; U.S. Processing

The Site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control; their privacy practices are their own. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We operate in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the U.S.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Policy.
